This is a noir/neo-noir jazz inspired beat tape. The original idea was to sample some of the music from the tv show "Columbo" but it turned into a whole gumbo of noir jazz sample-based beats. The idea to turn this project into the first installment of a series based project is to dive deep into an subgenre that I'm inspired by and see if I can make something worthwhile. I hope you enjoy this as much as I did putting this whole thing together.
